About Me

I’ve had a long-standing fascination with hypnotherapy and the patterns that shape how we think, feel, and respond. My early interest in this area was closely tied to understanding performance, how to improve, stay focused, and get the best out of myself. Over time, that curiosity has continued to deepen.

For nearly 30 years, I worked closely with people as a music teacher, mostly in individual settings. A big part of that work involved helping people build confidence, work through frustration, and find new ways of approaching something that once felt difficult.

Through this, I saw how real change tends to happen, not through pressure, but through the right kind of guidance, consistency, and small shifts in thinking and behaviour.

Eventually, I chose to formalise my interest in hypnotherapy and trained at the Academy of Hypnotic Science.

In my work as a hypnotherapist, I bring that same approach into a calm, practical one-to-one space where you can step back, gain clarity, and begin to respond differently to the things that have been holding you back.

I work from rooms at Hope & Honey in Eltham, Victoria.

My approach is centered on exploration and understanding rather than forcing change.

If you’re curious about hypnotherapy or wondering whether it might be right for you, you’re welcome to get in touch.

Change doesn’t always need to be forced. It often begins with a simple shift in how you see things.
