Feeling Stuck

People often notice patterns in how they think, feel, or respond that are difficult to shift on their own. Hypnotherapy is a practical, focused way to work with these patterns.

What we work on

Hypnotherapy can be helpful when certain habits and responses feel difficult to shift. This may include stress, low confidence, unhelpful habits, or navigating periods of change.

Sessions focus on what’s happening in real time and how it’s experienced.

  • Feeling more settled when stress shows up
  • Building a steadier sense of confidence
  • Working with patterns or habits that feel unhelpful
  • Strengthening existing skills, confidence, or focus
  • Navigating life changes with more clarity

How Hypnotherapy Works

Hypnotherapy helps shift attention inward, where thoughts, feelings, and patterns can become easier to notice and reflect on. Familiar experiences can sometimes be seen from a slightly different perspective.

  • Noticing patterns or reactions as they happen
  • Seeing familiar situations from a different perspective
  • A quieter, more settled sense of attention
  • Small shifts in how thoughts or responses are experienced

Each person experiences this differently. There is no right or wrong way for it to unfold.

What It’s Like to Work Together

Sessions are quiet, conversational, and unhurried. There is time to talk and time to pause.

The focus is on understanding what’s going on for you.

You set the pace, and we follow what feels most important in the moment.

About Me

I’ve had a long-standing interest in hypnotherapy and the patterns that shape how we think, feel, and respond.

Before moving into hypnotherapy, I spent many years working closely with people in one-to-one settings as a music teacher. That experience continues to influence the calm, practical way I work today.

I offer a space focused on exploration, understanding, and meaningful change.

Curious whether this might be a good fit for you?

A relaxed 20-minute phone conversation is a chance to talk through what’s going on and see whether working together feels appropriate. There is no obligation and no pressure.
